Crosswater
Drawing from its Crosswater and Burlington labels, the Bathroom Brands stand challenges the notion that a design must be either contemporary or classic, creating a concept space that balances timeless elegance with modernity via a clash of colour, texture and period details. “Our concept this year features a boutique hotel experience, blending timeless design dating back to the 1850s and early 1900s with contemporary design influenced by Japanese aesthetics and the concept of wabi-sabi” the brand explains. “By bringing a deep story through both our products and hotel bathroom design, we hope to empower designers to build more cohesive spaces while inspiring them with a new concept that is anything but ordinary.”

Skopos
Just in time for HIX, Skopos is launching Skopos Studio; a collection of designs developed from archive ideas, document artworks and trend research by new and exciting designers. Opening the doors for specifiers to explore an ever-growing library of aesthetics, the collection celebrates each individual design rather than presenting a traditional co-coordinating catalogue. “Through this concept we want to simply let the specifier determine how to bring things together rather than suggest a scheme” Skopos say. “After all, that’s what they do best!”
