QWA: Quietness with Attitude

HIX partner, nestwell brings their slow hospitality to HIX.

What is wellbeing and how can we design to promote it? For the betterment of people, planet, productivity and – yes – of profit, where ‘Positive Impact Investment’ and ‘Return on Values’ is the order of the day.

As we approach a post-Covid era when our time, distance and focus are increasingly compressed, “slow”, “stillness”, “contemplative” and “wellness real estate” remain the single constant narrative that fosters and inspires ’Promads’ (Progressive Nomads)?

nestwell is a responsible wellness and contemplative thematic room solution, specifically for the hotel room ecosystem, setting a new framework that shapes and elevates Stillness in Motion and Motion in Stillness. It integrates the best of the WELL standard, Slow Design, Silent Architecture and Design For Wellbeing.

At its core, Quietitude (Quietness-With-An-Attitude) is a Slow Hospitality journey of discovery – specifically a voyage around a room, underpinned by ‘The New Comfort’; experientialism over materialism. Spaces exult intentionality and contemplativeness – in constant metamorphosis – that evoke enhanced physical, emotional and cognitive wellbeing.

Exclusively launching at HIX – nestwell will show and tell their Quietitude. Visitors will engage their curiosity and draw inspiration from their ode to creativity via three experiential and sensorial luxury nestwell room installations, highlighting and showcasing the guest room as compendium of their 12 guiding principles.

The nestwell experience contributes towards an enhanced state of happiness and mindfulness. We would like to share this with you in London this November.
