Jonathan Braun is the Founder and CEO of Arche Hospitality. During his 11-year career working for family offices and developers in New York, Jonathan has executed more than $1.5B of real estate investments in the United States and Europe. Arche reflects Jonathan’s passion for excellence in hospitality and deep motivation to accelerate the global transition to a net zero energy economy.

Arche Hospitality was created to capitalize on the decarbonization of buildings as a value-add investment strategy and to fill a major hole in today’s hospitality market. The company’s hotel brand, Arche Collection, is the world’s first to be net zero carbon and to feature passive wellness amenities that improve guests’ physical and mental wellbeing. Arche acquires existing assets in gateway European markets and repositions them into Arche Collection hotels. The company also offers Arche Collection as a franchise product to third party owners and provides strategic decarbonization consulting to hoteliers and investors.

Prior to founding Arche, Jonathan was EVP at G. Holdings, a global family office. Jonathan was responsible for executing the firm’s hotel development pipeline and sourcing new acquisitions in the U.S. and Europe, as well as overseeing the firm’s 1.5M square foot non-hotel portfolio in the U.S. Jonathan has also held positions at Victor Group and DDG Partners, where he oversaw the ground-up development of several record-breaking luxury condominium towers. Jonathan's expertise spans the entire value-add and opportunistic real estate investment lifecycle.

Jonathan holds a B.A. from Vanderbilt University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
