Dr. Juliet Learmouth

Dr Juliet Learmouth is an architectural historian specialising in the social history of British buildings. She has been involved with Historic Productions since 2022. Juliet has published several academic articles on the design and use of architectural space in Georgian London and contributed new entries to the Oxford Dictionary of National Biography. She is currently writing a book on the relationship between elite women and the London town house during the eighteenth century. Juliet holds a Master’s degree from the Courtauld Institute of Art and a PhD from Birkbeck College, University of London. She is a member of the Georgian Group, the Society of Architectural Historians and the Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings.
