A true hotelier at heart, Rory’s as passionate about mixing the perfect cocktail (ask him for his favorite recipe!) as he is about crafting the perfect guest experience. Outside of work, Rory is an avid sports enthusiast, playing competitive tennis and more recently, padel. As a true foodie he draws inspiration from his time living in Asia, and he particularly loves Japanese cuisine.
